My husband and I are new to Odessa Vision Center. My husband made an appointment to have an exam and get glasses. Dr Jackson saw a Retina Problem Right away and Referred him to a surgeon. He was taken to surgery soon after and just in time to save his vision. Dr Jackson saved his vision. So i made an appointment to have my eyes checked. Dr Phillips did a very good, unhurried, and lengthly exam and gave me good information about my vision. I picked up my glasses yesterday and I see so great with them. Everyone was kind and friendly. The girl at the front desk gave me a bottle of water when I was coughing. The girl who works with the glasses fixed my old pair so I could wear them until I got my new ones. Everyone was friendly and professional and it made my experience better. I liked Dr Phillips and liked my new glasses. I will say that their frames are on the expensive side and I didn’t get two pair that day. I hope they offer more inexpensive frames in the future, but the quality of care and the friendly staff are the best. Great doctors, great staff, good vision for both of us.
